Painted in Spring of 2019, this painting captures a view of the Central Park Tower, which at a height of 1550 feet is taller than any of the other new skyscrapers in the area…so far. You can see in the painting how it compares to other buildings that so recently seemed to dramatically alter the skyline. This vantage point overlooks the Dairy in Central Park. The architects behind this building are Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill out of Chicago, formerly of SOM.
